“ We had to change our plans last minute to bring our dog with us and were really struggling to find somewhere dog-friendly to stay that didn't cost the earth. I'm so happy this happened, as it meant we stumbled upon Sid's and we felt so lucky! Sid's gave us the warmest of welcomes for our night away, the room was exactly what we needed, cosy with comfy beds and a good shower. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was a delicious sea bass special. We didn't stay for breakfast, but it looked delicious and we hope to be back to enjoy that in the future! Thanks so much to team Sid's for a lovely stay, highly recommend ”
“ Visited for a birthday meal. We were given a great table with lovely views over the water. All staff were friendly and welcoming. We were there for the pop up Sri Lankan menu, which was delicious. Genuinely delicious. Very generous portions for the table to share, and were happy to top up if we needed. Excellent with dietary requirements. They were fully aware in advance and had gluten free served separately for one of our group. Drinks were very reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again. ”

“ We hired Sid's restaurant for the wedding breakfast, evening celebrations and all of his rooms for our recent wedding, and we were extremely pleased. Sid and his staff were attentive and extremely accommodating, especially Kumar. The food was extremely tasty, we went for the more relaxed options of a buffet in the day then sausage baps for the evening, (although there were other options of a sit down meal etc.) all dietary requirements were also catered for. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and with epic views across Penarth Seafront. We would highly recommend considering staying at Sid's if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Penarth and likewise would also recommend Sid's for event hire. Thank you so much to Sid and the team for helping us to celebrate our wedding day, and accommodate us and our guests! ”
“ Lovely location over looking Penarth's seafront. Great quality bacon served. Asked for a tea, got a small pot which made 3 cups, very good value. Very attentive, polite and professional staff. Would certainly recommend and will be returning for a dinner service at some point. ”

Have really enjoyed the live singer nights and the variety of music. Food is always excellent, our favourite is the sea bass.
